(1) Application method and procedures up to the conclusion of a contract

Please note that customers who have difficulty accepting or rejecting the reservation during this period may extend the tentative reservation, though,
If you do not contact us, we may cancel your tentative reservation.
Please be sure to contact us with a report of the results once you have considered the proposal.
However, if we receive applications from other customers, we will shorten the due date.
Please note that we may ask for your understanding in advance.

(2) Agreements regarding cancellation fees

After formally applying for the tour, the customer may cancel the contract by paying the cancellation fee specified below.
However, requests for contract cancellation will be accepted during our business hours.

(1) Change in the number of participants (per person): Slight changes can be accepted up to 2 days prior to the event, but will be subject to the following *2.
1 We will not be able to cancel the change of the due date once it has been made.
2 If the number of guests suddenly increases or decreases before the day of the event, the minimum guaranteed amount plus one person will be charged for the increase in the number of guests,
The amount set at the time of application. In case of a reduction in the number of employees, we will ask you to submit a report at least one day in advance.
We will charge you a guaranteed amount for the number of people in your party.

(3) [Important] Agreements *Please abide by the following agreements in order to use the venue with peace of mind.

1・In principle, free of charge for children up to 3 years old, and for children up to 12 years old (elementary school students), the fee is the same as the amount set by the number of adults for each child.
Half of the unit price will be paid separately.
2・Junior high school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Those between the ages of 16 (high school student) and 20 must have a parent or guardian's written consent.
3・Formal number of guests and food selections must be notified by 6:00 p.m. one day prior to the event date.
The menu is subject to change depending on the season and the number of guests. Also, buffet dishes

The number of servings (due to the customer's portioning system) is based on our company's standard of one serving.
4・Please pay in cash before or during the party on the day of the event.

6・We will adjust the lighting, sound system, microphones, etc.
7・Carry in hazardous materials and use of ignitable and inflammable items by customers, located on the tabletop
Adjustment or replacement of gas stoves is prohibited.
8・Please be careful not to burn yourself when cooking on the table.
9・・* We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during cooking.

10・To prevent food poisoning, we do not allow our guests to take home any of the food and beverages we serve.
(Even if there is a possibility of food poisoning for customers who bring in or take out their food,

11・We are not responsible for any problems related to theft, loss, or damage of your luggage or other items.
12. Drinking and driving is prohibited by law. If you have been drinking, please use public transportation to get to the venue.
Please make use of this service.
13・・・Alcoholic beverages may not be served to minors (under 20 years of age) as it is prohibited by law,
No sales will be made to minors.
14・Please be very careful not to damage the fixtures and fittings of the facility.
In the event of damage or loss, we will promptly provide instructions to the customer.
Please repair the product on your own or pay for the damages.
15・We will refuse to accept a contract or to conduct a party if we confirm any of the following
