Q About checkrooms and coin lockers

Coin-operated lockers are available for your use.
Items that do not fit in the coin lockers, such as carry-on bags, can be checked in at the front desk.

Q About children watching a play

There are no special admission restrictions for preschool children.
Anyone of any age is welcome to enjoy. Please use with good manners.

Q Regarding audience seating after the show

If you are late for the performance, you may enter the auditorium, but due to staging reasons, you will not be guided into the auditorium.
There are time slots, in which case you may be asked to wait in the lobby until we are able to show you the room.
Please understand this in advance. Please be on time for the show.

Q About gifts for the performers

Please hand in your tickets at the lobby or directly to the performers after the performance.
However, please note that food, drink, perishables, and flowers cannot be accepted.

Q Are there any prohibitions?

Talking, yelling (e.g., calling the performers' names), leaning forward to watch the play, etc. during the performance,
Please refrain from any activities that may cause inconvenience to other guests.
Laughter, applause, etc. caused by stage direction is fine, as long as it is moderate,
Please note that excess may cause inconvenience to other customers.

Q About filming

Recording or recording with cameras, video cameras, recording devices, cell phones, etc. during the performance is strictly prohibited.
These actions are also prohibited by law.
No commemorative photos with the performers are allowed after the performance.

Q Is there a smoking area?

Smoking is prohibited in the building. Please smoke in designated smoking areas.

Q Is there any etiquette when watching a performance?

Here are a few points to keep in mind.
Please do not be late for the show. Ideally, you should arrive at the theater 15 minutes before the show time.
Turn off your cell phone. Or put it in silent mode.

Q How many seats are there in the auditorium?

There are approximately 100 seats. Private parties are also available, so please feel free to contact us.
If the table layout is changed to a semi-stand-up style, 180 people can also be accommodated.

Q Can I use the restroom on the way?

There will be no intermission, so please use the restroom as much as possible before the show starts.
If you feel unwell during the performance, please ask a staff member in the theater to help you.
