Chapter 2
In the mid-Heian period, Taira no Masakado was born in Kanto, far from the political center of Kyoto.
With his natural talent for valor and indomitable spirit, he defeated his enemies, and his name became known throughout the Kanto region.
However, a large army was sent against Shogun, who was considered an enemy of the Imperial Court.
Then, after being hit in the forehead with an arrow and dying a regretful death, Shogun was transformed into a vengeful spirit and resurrected.
The late Shogun's daughter, Princess Takiyasha (Princess May), out of regret for her father's death, turned herself into a monster and together with her friends, she seeks revenge against the Imperial Court and the samurai warriors.
The Imperial Court dispatches warriors to defeat Princess Takiyasha, a half-human, half-demon who eats monsters.
The demon man [Yashamaru] is also hired and hunts down Princess Takiyasha in an attempt to avenge her.
During the battle, Yashamaru realizes that the human heart that remains within Princess Takiyasha is the same as his own.
An enemy of the imperial court and a monster who resents him fall in love with each other,
Despairing of living in the human world, the two mutually decide to commit suicide.
The vision of Shogun lamenting over the pattern asks questions to people's hearts and leads them to harmony by creating three worlds: the present world, the ethereal world, and the otherworldly world.
The warriors, grieved by their own series of deeds in this life, worshipped and honored Shogun until later generations.
"Fail the strong and help the weak."
The Onmyoji, in response to Shogun's wishes, evokes the story of Shogun and the people who continued to love him.
When the seven thoughts were led into the sky and turned into stars, true thoughts poured down.

Takamachi fights against the tengu and their minions to get the flute back, hoping that the fox will somehow return to its original form.
The fox comes to his senses and tells Komachi, "I will fall off the cliff with this tengu," and lets her go. Hikomachi, left alone, composes a waka poem.
